We architect and operate AWS environments for clients where a misconfiguration has real consequences — agencies processing sensitive data, companies in regulated industries, and organizations with compliance obligations that can't be addressed with a checkbox.
Our work spans AWS architecture and landing zone design, DevSecOps pipeline engineering, and AI/ML integration via Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. In practice, those disciplines overlap — a well-architected landing zone is also a secure one; a production pipeline embeds security controls; an AI deployment has infrastructure, IAM, and audit requirements just like any other workload.
We keep engagements focused. We don't subcontract core delivery, we don't pad teams, and we don't hand off work to junior staff after the kickoff.
We take a small number of engagements at a time. Every client gets direct access to senior practitioners — not a project manager who relays messages to an offshore team.
Every resource we touch is defined in code, reviewed, and deployed through a controlled pipeline. We don't do ClickOps, and we don't accept 'it works in dev' as a delivery standard.
Compliance controls embedded at the architecture level don't slow you down — they remove the scramble before every audit. We build that way by default.
If your architecture has a problem, we'll name it. If an engagement isn't the right fit, we'll tell you before you've signed anything. We'd rather be useful than agreeable.
DeltaLinks was founded to address a gap: organizations modernizing on AWS were getting generic cloud consulting — teams that knew the marketing but not the operational reality of running workloads in regulated, high-stakes environments.
Early engagements centered on federal cloud modernization — helping agencies navigate FedRAMP boundaries, NIST control implementation, and multi-account AWS architecture under budget and timeline pressure.
As pipelines became the primary vehicle for delivering and governing cloud workloads, we built out a dedicated DevSecOps practice: CI/CD, container security, policy-as-code, and GitOps delivery for both federal and commercial clients.
The emergence of production-grade LLMs opened new capability questions for both federal agencies and commercial enterprises. We extended our practice to include Bedrock integrations, RAG pipelines, and responsible AI deployment on AWS — with the same compliance rigor we apply to infrastructure.
We structure engagements around deliverables, not hours. You know what you're getting before we start, not after the invoice. For ongoing managed services, we operate on fixed monthly retainers with defined scope and clear escalation paths.
Every engagement includes documentation. When we're done, your team can operate what we built — runbooks, architecture decision records, IaC that's readable, and a handoff session. We don't optimize for dependency.
